The channel focused on Japanese language learning content and was built entirely from scratch. Through consistent publishing and SEO-driven video optimization, the channel successfully grew from zero to more than 1,100 subscribers within eight months without using paid promotion.
This project involved full ownership of the content production and channel management process, from planning to audience engagement.
